I linked to that BoS Forum post when answering another BoS forum member's thread earlier today. I can edit my post to delete the link if necessary. I assumed that as it was an old-ish post that anything in it was already known about.

Reminds me of that scene in ' Oh What a Lovely War', where the British Generals are driving along in a car discussing how they must not tell the French what they intend to do.

However Tom is right in this instance.

Prangster, I tried loading the Velikiye Luki template mission file today to have a go at your mission building tutorial and it returned an error saying "Error reeading mission file!". I suspect that this is something to do with version changes since you made the template. It's no big problem as your other online tutorials are great, but I thought that you may wish to know.

As I remember, it all loaded fine a few weeks ago when I tried it very briefly, so it is very possibly since the change to 64-bit.

Delete the .mission file and try again.
In selecting the motto... 'all for one and one for all'... I have done so because it expresses what should be the creed to every Fighter Pilot. Never forget that you are an essential cog in the wheel, and if you break or fail it will let down your brother pilots, and the grimness of war allows for no such weakness.

I already tried that as the standard fix for non-loading missions, but got the same result. I guess that it's also possible that something on my PC is corrupt.

I would guess your pc is ok.
There is a command in the editor menu something like update file. Maybe that helps.
